«I graduated from the Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco de Sevilla Foundation.
This Foundation is an institution focused since 1997 in the promotion, teaching, and conservation of flamenco art. It stands out as an authentic centre for new talents. It is the only certified school in Seville dedicated exclusively to teaching flamenco singing, flamenco dance and flamenco guitar.
Later I studied five years of specialization in the Flamenco Open Studio of Andrés Marín, a master of international prestige, and a “bailaor” rooted in the historic neighborhood of the Alameda de Hércules in Seville, one of the most emblematic places in flamenco geography.
I have been teacher for the Southern District of Seville City Council, the Municipal Sports Institute of Seville, the Sports Activities Service of the University of Seville and outside Spain for the Mont de Marsan festival of flamenco art, the oldest flamenco festival outside of our borders.
At the same time I has also developed an international career as a professor and academic director in different schools of Switzerland, Japan, Russia and Bulgaria.
I have developed a practical method for listening, designed to understand the flamenco genre from a strictly musical but complete perspective, ideal to start the path of expanding what is understood as flamenco “jondo”.

About the course
Total immersion in Andalusian culture with a fun flamenco dance class where the participants will learn the basic dance steps, some hand movements and the basics of flamenco ‘palos’ or styles.

Who is it for?
A workshop for complete beginners without any previous knowledge of flamenco that offers a very special experience through an artistic and cultural approach to this unique music. By the end of the class you will be able to do a simple dance routine.
How does it work?
Once you have confirmed the reservation by a 30% deposit you will reveive by email the link and details on how to join.
The remaining 70% due will be paid 3 days AFTER THE ACTIVITY is carried out.
Note: few days before the activity we will test the connection and the equipment (computers, webcam, audio,…).
On the day of the workshop
Our teacher, will be on hand throughout to guide participants through the processes step by step and everyone can have a chat with her.
