How to participate
Combine the activities as you wish and once the date(s) have been fixed:
1) Bookings
The reservation is formalised with the payment of only 30% of the total amount and will then be sent:
– by courier: kits with all the necessary materials for all participants when the activities require it (for example: tile workshops, oil tasting,….) + Gifts for the organiser of the activities (details on the page of each activity).
– by email: Messenger tracking code + Access code for the online class + Didactic booklet (pdf).
2) Connection test
A few days before the activity, we will test the connection and the equipment (computers, webcam, audio,…) of the classroom of the educational centre that will be used for the activities.
3) On the day of the activities
Online connection with our technical coordinator in Granada, the person in charge of each activity and the classroom where the activities will take place.
4) Payment of the balance after the activities.
The remaining 70% is paid AFTER ACTIVITIES.
FREE CANCELATION:
Refund of the deposit (30 %) within 72 hours following the payment.
AFTER-ACTIVITIES PAYMENT:
Final balance (70%) is due after the activities are completed.
