Program
 
The day begins at 10:00 a.m. in Pampaneira with a guided tour through the Alpujarra Valley and its charming white villages within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Visitors will discover the Arab cultural heritage, the unique flat slate-roof architecture, and the terraced farmlands of the region.

The visit includes a stop at the Sierra Nevada National Park Information Center, covering topics such as protected natural areas, Mediterranean high mountain ecosystems, and traditional activities of the Alpujarra region.

The guided tour explores the Barranco del Poqueira, its history, culture, and traditional local economy.
Afterwards, there is free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, the route continues to Capileira, with an interpretation of the Sierra Nevada peaks, followed by a walk along the trail to Bubión, where a picnic is enjoyed. The hike then returns to Pampaneira.
